Tabbouleh For Koftas

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/3 cups bulgur wheat
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 4 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 1 large tomato, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 soak the bulgur wheat in 13/4 cups boiling water for 15 minutes.
  • 2 combine with remianing ingredients.
  • 3 cover and chill.
