Tana Ramsay's Muesli

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 300 g rolled oats
  • 35 g dried banana pieces
  • 35 g coconut flakes
  • 600 ml orange juice or 600 ml apple juice
  • 400 ml natural yoghurt
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g craisins
  • 100 g dried apricots, chopped
  • 125 ml runny honey
  • 300 ml milk
  • 50 g sliced almonds, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 mixtogether oats, banana chips & coconut with the juice & yoghurt. cover & refrigerate overnight.
  • 2 add all the dried fruit, honey & milk & stir through.
  • 3 sprinkle with almonds to serve.
