Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 300 g rolled oats
- 35 g dried banana pieces
- 35 g coconut flakes
- 600 ml orange juice or 600 ml apple juice
- 400 ml natural yoghurt
- 100 g raisins
- 100 g craisins
- 100 g dried apricots, chopped
- 125 ml runny honey
- 300 ml milk
- 50 g sliced almonds, toasted
Recipe
- 1 mixtogether oats, banana chips & coconut with the juice & yoghurt. cover & refrigerate overnight.
- 2 add all the dried fruit, honey & milk & stir through.
- 3 sprinkle with almonds to serve.
