The Quicket, Easiest, Tastiest Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons onions, diced (cut small)
- 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- 3 mix ground turkey, whole egg, egg yolk, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, basil, oregano, fennel seed, and garlic salt together well.
- 4 roll into 1 inch balls; place in pan at least 1/2 inch apart (will probably take a couple batches, yields about 45 meatballs).
- 5 bake for 30 minutes.
- 6 add meatballs to your favorite pasta, soup, or enjoy alone.
- 7 (this recipe can also be used to make turkey burgers. just pan fry about 10 minutes instead of baking.).
