Ingredients
- 1 (24 ounce) jar tomato and basil pasta sauce
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- crouton (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine pasta sauce, spinach and broth in a large pot. bring to a boil; simmer for 5 minutes.
- 2 puree soup in batches in a blender or using an immersion blender.
- 3 return to pot and heat through.
- 4 serve with croutons if desired.
