Turkey Mannicotti

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 -2 lb of left over cooked turkey
- 1 (8 ounce) package soft cream cheese
- 1 (2 ounce) can green chilies
- 2 (8 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup or 2 (8 ounce) cans mushroom soup
- 4 cups monterey jack cheese or 4 cups monterey jack pepper cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) package of large shell pasta or 1 large tubed pasta
Recipe
- 1 you can use a mix of and dark meat
- 2 chop the turkey so it becomes a ground/crumble mix. i found using the food processor helps.
- 3 mix ground turkey with the softend cream cheese and add the can of chillies. for a pop you can add a lil bit of shredded cheese too.
- 4 stuff the mixture into shells/mannicotti.
- 5 pour soup mix over the top, and then the cheese.
- 6 cover with foil bake at 350 for 1 hour. take foil off last ten minutes
- 7 serve with texas toast and salad.
