Tuna And Parsley Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup fresh parsley, washed and dried
- 1 cup fresh basil, washed, dried
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- salt and pepper
- 6 1/2 ounces canned tuna
- 1 lb pasta, cooked and drained
Recipe
- 1 finely chop the parslic and garlic in a food processor.
- 2 add the salt and pine nuts and process until finely chopped.
- 3 with the motor running, add the oil.
- 4 stir in the parmesan cheese.
- 5 toss with tuna, 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water and pasta.
