Sun-dried Tomato & Avocado Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons light cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons classico sun dried tomato and basil pasta sauce
  • 1/2 avocado, cubed
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cheese, shredded
  • butter

Recipe

  • 1 mix in a bowl the cream cheese & pesto.
  • 2 on a buttered skillet, place one tortilla.
  • 3 spread tortilla with cream cheese mix.
  • 4 top that with avocado.
  • 5 top that with cheese.
  • 6 top that with the other tortilla.
  • 7 when ready, flip and crisp to your liking. slice and serve!
