Sausage Supper

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (19 ounce) package bulk italian sausage
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened & cubed
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato, cut into thin strips
  • 2 teaspoons dried italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 (16 ounce) package farfalle pasta, cooked

Recipe

  • 1 brown sausage, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over med-high heat, stirring until sausage crumbles and is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 stir in spaghetti sauce, next 3 ingredients, and vinegar.
  • 4 cook, stirring often, until cream cheese melts and mixture is heated thoroughly.
  • 5 serve over hot pasta.
