Ingredients

- 1 (19 ounce) package bulk italian sausage
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened & cubed
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato, cut into thin strips
- 2 teaspoons dried italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 (16 ounce) package farfalle pasta, cooked
Recipe
- 1 brown sausage, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over med-high heat, stirring until sausage crumbles and is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
- 2 drain.
- 3 stir in spaghetti sauce, next 3 ingredients, and vinegar.
- 4 cook, stirring often, until cream cheese melts and mixture is heated thoroughly.
- 5 serve over hot pasta.
