Two Step Tasty Tofu Scramble

Total Time: 19 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 14 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 big onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil and add salt, red chilli powder, onions, celery and tomatoes.
  • 2 saute on medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • 3 add tofu and cook on low heat for 8 minutes.
  • 4 stir very gently.
  • 5 serve with rice, pasta or pita/indian breads!
  • 6 optional: you can sprinkle one tsp.
  • 7 of garam masala in the end to make it more aromatic.
