Ukrainian Lokshyna And Spinach Casserole (egg Noodle)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups cooked spinach
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup buttered bread crumb

Recipe

  • 1 combine the cooked noodles with the butter, cheese, and salt.
  • 2 squeeze the spinach dry and then chop it.
