Bean And Pasta Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 quarts chicken stock
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato juice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced carrot
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried italian seasoning
- 2 cups broken angel hair pasta (3 inch pieces)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, except pasta, salt and pepper in slow cooker.
- 2 cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, adding pasta during the last 15 minutes.
- 3 season to taste with salt and pepper.
