Ingredients

- 2 cups whole wheat macaroni
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle, chopped
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to package directions. drain and rinse.
- 2 mix pasta, celery, red onion, red pepper, and sweet pickles in large bowl.
- 3 mix dressing and combine with pasta and vegetable mixture.
- 4 refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
