Ingredients
- 1 kg split red lentils
- 4 onions, chopped
- 1 kg mixed vegetables
- 8 liters vegetable stock
- 500 g small shell pasta
Recipe
- 1 brown onions in a spot of oil.
- 2 add rinsed lentils and stock.
- 3 bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4 add mixed vegetables (i use corn, peas, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower).
- 5 add pasta shapes.
- 6 cook until done.
