The Best Toasted Muesli

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 250 g sultanas
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 750 g raw oats
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 250 g dried fruit
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup barley
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup roasted buckwheat groats
Recipe
- 1 place oats on an ungreased oven tray, bake in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes, stirring several times, until oats are golden brown (take care as they burn easily). cool.
- 2 toast coconut, seeds and almonds on a dry frying pan, tossing to prevent burning. cool.
- 3 combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
