Ingredients

- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 2 -2 1/2 cups milk
- 8 ounces velveeta cheese
- 10 ounces elbow macaroni
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter is a sauce pan over medium heat.
- 2 add flour and stir creating a roux.
- 3 whisk in milk slowly.
- 4 whisk sauce untill thick and smooth.
- 5 add velveeta in small chunks.
- 6 mix untill all the cheese is melted.
- 7 boil macaroni in slightly salted water.
- 8 add cheese sauce to cooked macaroni.
- 9 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 10 bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minute.
- 11 * this recipe does not have to be baked. you can eat it right out of the pot. *.
