Ingredients

- 46 ounces chicken broth
- 9 ounces fresh cheese tortellini
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves, shredded
- 1 small bunch fresh basil, chopped
- 3 -4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 bring chicken broth to a boil. add tortellini and cook 5 minutes.
- 2 stir in spinach and basil. cook until spinach is wilted and pasta is just tender, about 2 minutes.
- 3 ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle with cheese.
