Tortellini En Brodo Florentine

Ingredients

• 46 ounces chicken broth
• 9 ounces fresh cheese tortellini
• 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves, shredded
• 1 small bunch fresh basil, chopped
• 3 -4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

• 1 bring chicken broth to a boil. add tortellini and cook 5 minutes.
• 2 stir in spinach and basil. cook until spinach is wilted and pasta is just tender, about 2 minutes.
• 3 ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle with cheese.
