Unbeatable Pasta Salad

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (16 ounce) box vermicelli
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar pimento pepper, drained
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons accent seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons lawry's seasoned salt
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 (12 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes, well, well drained

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta as directed on box.
  • 2 ** make sure everything is well drained.
  • 3 ** make sure onion and green pepper are diced very small (i run it thru a food processor because you can make it smaller than you can with your hands).
  • 4 mix everything together in large bowl (easiest to mix with your hands).
  • 5 refridgerate for 24 hours before serving.
