Where's The Sauce? (spaghetti)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 8 ounces canned mushrooms, drained
  • 12 ounces thin spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 12 ounces rotel tomatoes
  • 12 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (fresh grated works best)
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook ground beef with onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in medium skillet until done and drain.
  • 2 cook pasta according to package directions.
  • 3 heat tomatoes, meat mixture, parsley, garlic in a medium sauce pan.
  • 4 combine cooked pasta and meat mixture in a large pot.
  • 5 toss spaghetti with fresh parmesan cheese.
  • 6 serve with garlic bread and fresh salad.
  • 7 delicious!
