Yummy Toasty Oat Cakes (crunchy Breakfast Cookies)

Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 4 cups instant oats

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients together.
• 2 roll until 1/4 inch thick, you can cut into circles or squares.
• 3 bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
• 4 serve with "honey butter" mix margarine spread with honey. delicious!
