Zesty Italian Beef Tips (crock-pot)

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 cup frozen small whole onions (from a 1 pound bag)
- 1 (6 ounce) jar pitted kalamata olives, drained
- 1 (6 ounce) jar pimientos, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 (28 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 6 cups hot cooked pasta
Recipe
- 1 place beef and frozen onions in 3 1/2 to 4 quart crock pot. top with olives and pimentos. pour marinara sauce over top.
- 2 cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until beef is tender.
- 3 serve over pasta.
