Zesty Italian Beef Tips (crock-pot)

Total Time: 10 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 cup frozen small whole onions (from a 1 pound bag)
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar pitted kalamata olives, drained
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar pimientos, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 6 cups hot cooked pasta

Recipe

  • 1 place beef and frozen onions in 3 1/2 to 4 quart crock pot. top with olives and pimentos. pour marinara sauce over top.
  • 2 cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until beef is tender.
  • 3 serve over pasta.
