Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 cups freshly milled spelt flour (2 1/4 cups spelt berries)
• 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
