- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten
- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
