Zitumbuwa (banana Fritters)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 bananas, ripe
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal, finely ground
  • 1 pinch salt
  • oil, for frying

Recipe

  • 1 mash bananas and mix with salt, sugar, and ufa.
  • 2 fry spoonfuls of this mixture in very hot oil.
