Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 (11 ounce) can baby peas
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 36 ritz crackers, crushed (1 sleeve)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 saute mushrooms in butter, set aside.
- 2 cook noodles and drain.
- 3 mix together noodles, tuna, soup, sour cream and mushrooms in a large bowl.
- 4 fold in peas so they don't get smushed.
- 5 place mixture in a casserole.
- 6 melt stick of butter and mix with ritz cracker crumbs.
- 7 top casserole with cracker mixture.
- 8 bake at 375 for about 30 minutes, until crumbs are toasty looking and casserole is bubbly.
