Ingredients

- 1 lb fettuccine noodles, preferably made with egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 lb walnuts
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 quarts water
Recipe
- 1 cook noodles according to package, drain and run under cold water to stop cooking.
- 2 in a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high and add the ground walnuts and sugar.
- 3 stir until mixed.
- 4 add noodles and toss to coat.
- 5 serve warm and enjoy!
