Walnut Noodles (dios Metelt)

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb fettuccine noodles, preferably made with egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 lb walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 quarts water

Recipe

  • 1 cook noodles according to package, drain and run under cold water to stop cooking.
  • 2 in a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high and add the ground walnuts and sugar.
  • 3 stir until mixed.
  • 4 add noodles and toss to coat.
  • 5 serve warm and enjoy!
