- 2 -3 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup carrot (finely choppes)
- 1/2 cup celery (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup green onion (finely chopped)
Recipe
- 1 fix rice according to directions.
- 2 melt butter in skillet.
- 3 add veggies and cook over low heat to soften.
- 4 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 add veggies to hot rice.
