Syrup And Rice Pudding

Total Time: 3 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 tablespoons raw long grain rice
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Recipe

  • 1 wash rice.
  • 2 combine rice and remaining ingredients.
  • 3 grease a casserole dish the size needed to accommodate these ingredients.
  • 4 pour all ingredients into casserole.
  • 5 bake slowly at 250° for 3 hours (stir often the first hour).
  • 6 serve either hot or cold.
