Ingredients

- 5 tablespoons raw long grain rice
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 wash rice.
- 2 combine rice and remaining ingredients.
- 3 grease a casserole dish the size needed to accommodate these ingredients.
- 4 pour all ingredients into casserole.
- 5 bake slowly at 250° for 3 hours (stir often the first hour).
- 6 serve either hot or cold.
