- 2 lbs tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except pasta and cheese. let stand at room temperature for one hour.
- 2 cook and drain fettucine. toss with tomato mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
