Tuscan Rigatoni & Beans

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups uncooked rigatoni pasta
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 ounce) package smoked sausage, cut in 1/2 " pieces
  • 1 (16 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1/3 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomato, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook& drain pasta.
  • 2 cook onion and sausage over med-high heat 2-3 minutes until onion is tender.
  • 3 gently stir in pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese.
  • 4 cook 3-5 minutes or until hot.
  • 5 sprinkle each serving with cheese.
