Tuscan Rigatoni & Beans

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups uncooked rigatoni pasta
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) package smoked sausage, cut in 1/2 " pieces
- 1 (16 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
- 1/3 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomato, drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook& drain pasta.
- 2 cook onion and sausage over med-high heat 2-3 minutes until onion is tender.
- 3 gently stir in pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese.
- 4 cook 3-5 minutes or until hot.
- 5 sprinkle each serving with cheese.
