Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 cups hard wheat
  • 6 cups oat flour
  • 3/4 cup baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water (more as needed for the consistency you like)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients. this can be stored for use at your convenience.
  • 2 mix 1.5 cups of the dry mix with wet ingredients.
  • 3 allow to sit on counter until bubbly.
  • 4 stir down again.
  • 5 cook as you would any other pancake.
