Whole Wheat Pancakes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 banana

Recipe

  • 1 blend/mix all ingredients together.
  • 2 heat pan till drop of water "dances" in pan.
  • 3 pour batter into pan to desired size.
  • 4 when bubbles appear on surface and begin to "sink," flip and cook on other side until brown.
  • 5 repeat with remaining batter.
  • 6 serve with maple syrup!
