Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 banana
Recipe
- 1 blend/mix all ingredients together.
- 2 heat pan till drop of water "dances" in pan.
- 3 pour batter into pan to desired size.
- 4 when bubbles appear on surface and begin to "sink," flip and cook on other side until brown.
- 5 repeat with remaining batter.
- 6 serve with maple syrup!
