Ingredients

- 3 cups minute rice (uncooked)
- 2 cups water
- 1 lb jimmy dean sausage (frozen section)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
Recipe
- 1 fry sausage in large frying pan, drain. add rest of ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
- 2 variation: follow same directions using long grain rice instead of minute rice. add 1 cup long grain rice and 3 soup cans of water.
