Zesty Hamburger Soup -jeff Allen

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 4 cups hot water
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 4 canned jalapeno slices
- 2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups celery, sliced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 medium red potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked small shell pasta
- 1 (32 ounce) bottle v8 juice
Recipe
- 1 in dutch oven, cook the beef, celery, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. stir in the water, potatoes, corn, pasta and jalapeno.
- 2 bring to a boil. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender. stir remaining ingredients. cook and stir until heated through.
